I can integrate major business tools like Zoho, MailChimp, Shopify, Xero, QuickBooks, FileMaker, Slack and Salesforce - writing custom code (the "glue"), or with paid connector services like Zapier if you prefer.

Data Migration
Need to move data from one system to another?
Whether you're escaping Excel hell, upgrading from an old system, or consolidating databases, I'll move your data safely and completely. Nothing gets lost.
I can migrate from almost any system to any other, and if your original provider won’t give you the data, I will often be able to custom extract or scrape it - spreadsheets to databases, old CRMs to new ones, legacy systems to modern cloud apps. I clean up obvious problems during the move and give you a plan for any remaining issues.
For larger moves, I can design new low-code database systems using tools like Airtable, Baserow, or FileMaker - powerful enough for small business needs without overengineering something you don't need. Or a custom system for defined use cases, using Claude Code for rapid and secure development.

Dummy Data Generation
Need to test a system without risking real customer data?
Before you launch a new database or process, you need to test it thoroughly. But using real customer data for testing may be risky - private information could leak, or you could corrupt your actual business data.
I create realistic dummy data sets that look and behave like your real data, but contain nothing private or sensitive. Perfect for:

Fixed quotes, agreed upfront. After our initial call, I'll scope the work and give you a total price before anything starts, so you know exactly what you're paying, and I know exactly what I'm delivering. No hourly billing that drags on, no scope creep, no surprises on the invoice.
If a job genuinely can't be scoped without a bit of exploration first, I'll say so and we'll agree a small discovery piece before committing to the full project.

I take your data seriously, sign NDAs as standard, and comply with GDPR (Europe) and relevant data protection laws in the US and elsewhere, and never share your data with anyone without explicit permission.
